This passion can be traced back several generations but is best defined and personified by the Chairman of the Vann Group, Kevin Vann. Growing up with a father who was involved in every business imaginable, Kevin has always had a deep appreciation for the hustle and tenacity of the small business owner. Desiring to help people like his father realize their dreams, he started his first bookkeeping business when he was sixteen. That first company slowly evolved into Dufault, Vann & Carella, which today is one of Western Massachusetts’ leading accounting firms.

As Kevin’s involvement and commitment to his clients grew, the desire to help small/mid-size business owners took on a life of its own and become the driving force that has created the present day Vann Group. What started out with a simple service to help his clients has grown into a dynamic professional services firm that provides business owners with the outsourced professional service solutions they need to create, maximize and realize the unlocked value in their businesses.
