We structure our transition planning solution to meet your needs. We recommend a two-day session; however one-day sessions are also available. This is how it works:
- We meet with you to learn your needs and gather the information necessary to research and plan your transition planning session.
- We research your industry and competition.
- We plan the session working closely with you to ensure it is tailored to your needs and that we involve the right people.
- We facilitate the session. It will be participatory -- to capture your team’s best thinking; provocative -- to challenge the status quo and tease out new ideas; and collaborative -- to ensure complete ownership by your team. (And, in most cases, it’s great fun.)
- At the end of your session; you walk away with a strategic transition template for your business; with documented vision, mission, Big Hair Audacious Goal, strategic priorities, and action steps; ready to be transformed into a detailed execution plan with owners and timelines.
